Two Male Juveniles Charged in Riverdale Shooting
Two male juveniles have been arrested and charged with the shooting of 2 men on June 12, 2015. This incident occurred on the 13200 block of S. Vernon at approximately 10:30 p.m. Both male victims, ages 61 and 21, were inside of a residence when shots were fired from a passing vehicle. East Side Man Charged with Multiple Counts of Animal Crimes
The Chicago Police Department’s Animal Crimes Team, executed a dog fighting related search warrant on Juan Zamora’s residence on June 4, 2015 at approximately 11:45 a.m. Officers recovered 10 pit bull dogs that were living in deplorable conditions. The animals were turned over to Animal Care and Control for treatment. Zamora, 49 was not on scene during the search warrant and turned himself in to CPD on June 8, 2015. Three Men Charged in February 2014 Murder
Cordarius Lawrence, Darryl Wilson, and Joshua Martin were arrested after they were identified as the men responsible for the murder of a 29 year old man on February 6, 2014. The incident occurred on the 8100 block of South Marshfield Ave. at approximately 2:15 a.m. Officers responded to a call of shots fired and found the male victim unresponsive on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the chest.
