On March 27, 2016 at approximately 3:45 a.m., a 25 year old female victim parked her vehicle on the 200 block of N. On March 23, 2016, at approximately 5:00 p.m., a female 14 years old was walking north on the 2300 block of north Moody. An unknown male offender, motioned to the victim to come to his vehicle. There have been several overnight burglaries to retail establishments in the 016th District. In these incidents, unknown offender(s) have gained access to the businesses by shattering the front glass window or by prying the front entrance open.
