19 Mar 17-Community Alert -19th District Armed Robberies (P17-N-073(CA) (1) This alert gives notice to recent Strong Armed Robberies that have occurred within the boundaries of the 19th District (Town Hall). In these robberies, a group of offenders approached the victims on the street, and all of the offenders began to punch and kick the victims, knocking them to the ground. While continuing to beatthe victims while they are on the ground, the offenders also took property from the victims.

South Side Man Charged In Connection with North Side Kidnapping
18 Mar 17 Charges for Henigan, O’Brian Jarqueese, 31: Henigan was placed into custody after being positively identified as the offender involved in the aggravated kidnapping of a 24 year old female victim. The incident occurred on March 9, 2017 at 8:20 p.m in the 3700 block of N. Fremont Street. Henigan approached the victim armed with a handgun as she was exiting the garage. Henigan then sexually assaulted the victim and forced her into the trunk of a vehicle.…
