18 Mar 17 Charges for Henigan, O’Brian Jarqueese, 31:

Narrative: Henigan was placed into custody after being positively identified as the offender involved in the aggravated kidnapping of a 24 year old female victim. The incident occurred on March 9th, 2017 at 8:20 p.m in the 3700 block of N. Fremont Street. Henigan approached the victim armed with a handgun as she was exiting the garage. Henigan then sexually assaulted the victim and forced her into the trunk of a vehicle. Henigan then drove to several locations in the Chicagos Southside before striking a tree. Through the course of the investigation Henigan was identified and arrested on March 17th, 2017 in the 10300 block of S. Halsted and charged accordingly.
