Northside Man Charged in O’Hare Airport Theft
Noel Fulgencio was positively identified as the person who removed a suitcase from the O’Hare baggage claim on July 28, 2015, at approximately 9:00 a.m. The suitcase contained human hair wigs for cancer patients estimated to be valued at over $90,000. Fulgencio was located on the 3000 block of W. Lawrence on July 31, 2015, at approximately 2:15 p.m. where he was placed in custody. This alert gives notice to food delivery drivers of the 10th District of an increase in robbery related incidents during the month of July. In these incidents, male black offender(s) armed with a handgun or knife approach food delivery drivers and demand property. Business Alert – 10th District – Robberies of Taxi Cab Drivers (P15-N-004)
This alert gives notice to taxi cab drivers of the 010th District of an increase in robbery related incidents during the month of July. In these incidents, a male black offender armed with a handgun, approaches taxi cab drivers and demands property. These incidents have occurred in the late afternoon and evening hours of the day. Community Alert – 25th District – Robbery (P15-N-175)
Two recent Armed Robbery incidents have occurred in the 25th District. In both cases, two teenage male offenders approach adult female victims, display a dark colored handgun, and demand property. Southside Man Charged in Commercial Building Fire
Eric HOWARD was positively identified as the person who was observed entering a secured building’s stairway at 3200 N. Sheffield on July 28th at 11:55 am, then exiting after a fire occurred. Humboldt Park Man Extradited and Charged with Murder
Rasheed Martin, 20 was arrested in Wisconsin and extradited to Chicago after he was identified as the man who shot two people on July 4, 2015 at approximately 11:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of N. Harding. The victims were standing on the sidewalk when Martin fired shots. A 26 year old female was taken to Stroger Hospital in fair condition with a gunshot wound to the chest. This alert gives notice to residents in the 19th District of recent robberies that occurred on July 19, 20 and 25, 2015. In these incidents, offenders approached the victims on the street and used force to rob them.
