This alert gives notice to taxi cab drivers of the 010th District of an increase in robbery related incidents during the month of July. In these incidents, a male black offender armed with a handgun, approaches taxi cab drivers and demands property. These incidents have occurred in the late afternoon and evening hours of the day.
