The Chicago Police Department will conduct a Roadside Safety Check in the Shakespeare (14th) District at North Ave. Albany. CPD Conducts Another Successful Gang Raid Heading into the Holiday Weekend Continuing its work to fight crime and hold gang members accountable going into the 4th of July weekend, the Chicago Police Department concluded its second consecutive raid against violent criminal street gangs late Friday. 88 individuals were arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges. New City Man Charged in Fatal Stabbing
Garcia was identified as the offender who stabbed the male victim, 30 during a verbal altercation on June 28, 2016 at approximately 12:54 a.m. on the 1700 block of W. 51st St. The victim was pronounced on scene. Community Alert – 18th District – Wanted for Strong Arm Robbery (HZ317761)
On June 21, 2016, at approximately 6:45 pm, a 26 year old female victim was recording an engagement video outside the Trump Hotel at 401 N Wabash Ave. The pictured offender, in camouflage pants, pushed the victim to the ground and took her video camera and tripod. Duo Charged after Accident Resulted in Reckless Homicide
Mattison and Gipson were arrested on June 23, 2016. Officers responded to a call of a person with a gun in the 0-99 Block of East 42nd St on June 21, 2016 at 4:28pm. As officers arrived on scene they observed the offending vehicle attempting to flee, and consequently strike another vehicle in traffic.
