18 Mar 17 Charges for Henigan, O’Brian Jarqueese, 31: Henigan was placed into custody after being positively identified as the offender involved in the aggravated kidnapping of a 24 year old female victim. The incident occurred on March 9, 2017 at 8:20 p.m in the 3700 block of N. Fremont Street. Henigan approached the victim armed with a handgun as she was exiting the garage. 16 Mar 17 -Community Alert-19th District Motor Vehicle Thefts (P17-N-067(CA)) This alert gives notice to three recent Motor Vehicle Thefts that have occurred within the boundaries of the 19th District. The three Motor Vehicle Thefts occurred on Bt. 1935, in the area between Clark to Lincoln, and Wrightwood to Fullerton. In these incidents, the keys to the vehicle are left inside the vehicle, and unknown offender(s) take the vehicle.

On February 28, 2017 at approximately 12:00 a.m, a 25 year old woman was walking to her vehicle in the 1200 block of West Barry when a male approached her and displayed a handgun. The male then demanded the victim give him all her money. The victim complied and the offender then forced the victim into her vehicle at gunpoint.
