On Monday, January 30th, 2017, at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Fullerton Ave., an unknown offender attempted to lure a 10yr old and 7yr old female (walking together) to his van. South Side Man Charged with Attempted Murder
Clifton Banks, 36, was arrested after being positively identified as the offender who fired a weapon striking a 39 yr old male in the head and a 30 yr old male in the left leg after being involved in a verbal and physical altercation in the 1200 block of N. The Chicago Police Department will be conducting a DUI Saturation Patrol in the Jefferson Park (016th District) this weekend. The DUI Saturation Patrol will commence at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 06, 2017 and end at 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 07, 2017. The purpose of this program is to saturate a pre-designated area with roving police officers that continually monitor vehicular traffic for signs of impaired driving. Community Alert – 18th District – Seeking to Identify: Homicide (HZ438933)
Area Central Detectives are seeking to identify the pictured individual regarding a Homicide which occurred on September 18, 2016 at approximately 3:56 a.m. on the 100 block of W. Division St. In this incident, a 20-year-old male was shot and fatally wounded. A 30-year-old male was also shot but survived his injuries. Two Charged in Near North Side Armed Robbery
Martin and Davis-Diming were placed into custody and charged after being positively identified as the individuals involved in the armed robbery on the 0-100 block of E. Delaware Pl at approximately 10:14 a.m. on July 5th, 2016. In this incident, the offenders approached a male, 69, and a female, 70, and displayed a handgun while demanding property. Community Alert – 18th District – Wanted for Strong Arm Robbery (HZ317761)
On June 21, 2016, at approximately 6:45 pm, a 26 year old female victim was recording an engagement video outside the Trump Hotel at 401 N Wabash Ave. The pictured offender, in camouflage pants, pushed the victim to the ground and took her video camera and tripod.
