On July 13, 2015, at approximately 7:20 a.m., two juveniles, a female and a male, were walking on the 3000 Block of North Francisco when an unknown male grabbed the female juvenile and dragged her towards a parked white van, which had the rear doors open. This alert gives notice to the residents of the 11th District (Harrison) of two Armed Robberies that occurred on July 09, 2015. In the first incident, the victim was seated in her parked vehicle and the offender approached and displayed a handgun and demanded her wallet. This alert gives notice to the residents of the 11th District (Harrison) of two recent robberies. In the first incident, the victim was walking and the offender approached from behind and grabbed the victim’s purse. The offender also asked for the victim’s jewelry and struck her with a closed fist and took her necklace and earrings.
