This alert gives notice to the residents of the 11th District (Harrison) of two Armed Robberies that occurred on July 09, 2015. In the first incident, the victim was seated in her parked vehicle and the offender approached and displayed a handgun and demanded her wallet. The offender then grabbed the victim’s cell phone and keys and fled the scene on foot. In the second incident, the two victims were walking on the sidewalk and the offender approached from behind and displayed a handgun. The offender reached into the pockets of both victims and removed their cell phones. The offender fled on foot with the property .
