This alert gives notice to residents of the 4th District (South Chicago) of two robberies involving similarly described offenders. Community Alert – 22nd District – Armed Robberies (P16-2-020)
This alert gives notice to residents of the Morgan Park (22nd) District, in the East Beverly neighborhood of two recent Armed Robbery incidents that occurred on February 25 & March 1, 2016. In both of these incidents, two unknown male offenders approach a male victim walking alone. The offenders either display a handgun or pretend they have one by placing their hand in their sweatshirt, and demand the victim’s property.
