This alert gives notice to residents of the Morgan Park (22nd) District, in the East Beverly neighborhood of two recent Armed Robbery incidents that occurred on February 25 & March 1, 2016. In both of these incidents, two unknown male offenders approach a male victim walking alone. The offenders either display a handgun or pretend they have one by placing their hand in their sweatshirt, and demand the victim’s property. These robberies occurred between the hours of 8:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
