On July 05, 2016 on the 5300 block of N. Elston at approximately 10:00 p.m, a 43 year old woman was walking to her vehicle when the offender and attempted to engage her in conversation. Community Alert – 6th District – Robberies (P16-2-077)
This alert gives notice to residents residing in the 6th District (Gresham) of robberies that occurred between 16 July 2016 and 19 July 2016. In these incidents two to three unknown male black offenders approached the victim(s) and displayed a handgun and demanded money or anything of value. This alert gives notice to residents in the 12th District (Near West) of recent Theft from Auto incidents. In these incidents, unknown offender(s) gained entry into parked vehicles by breaking a window of the vehicle or opening unlocked car doors. Once inside, offender(s) removed property from inside the vehicle.
