Community Alert – 2nd District – Robberies (P16-1-257)
This alert gives notice to residents in the 2nd District (Wentworth) of robbery related incidents which have occurred during the month of November 2016. In these incidents, two to three offenders exited a vehicle (described as either a white van or a gray SUV, possibly a Jeep), surrounded the victims and forcibly removed property, before fleeing the area. Community Alert – 2nd District – Robbery (P16-1-251)
This alert gives notice to residents in the 2nd District (Wentworth) of robbery related incidents which have occurred during the month of November 2016. In these incidents, the offender approached the victim on the street or sidewalk, then demanded and took property from the victims, prior to fleeing the area. This alert gives notice to the residents of the 16th District (Jefferson Park) of several garage burglaries that occurred during the month of November 2016. In these incidents, unknown offender(s) gained entry by forcibly kicking or prying open the overhead or side doors. Offender(s) also entered through unlocked doors. Community Alert – 11th District – Armed Robberies (P16-N-189)
This alert gives notice of two Armed Robberies that have occurred in the 11th District on Beat 1114. In both incidents, the victims utilized a cell phone app to arrange to meet individuals for the purpose of buying a cell phone. Upon arrival, the offenders entered the victims’ vehicles, displayed a handgun and took property from the victims including phones, money and a laptop computer. For More Information Click Here
