    On Wednesday, January 6, 2015, at approximately 5:30 p.m., an 8-year-old female was walking into an apartment building located on the 5000 block of West North Ave., when an unknown male followed her into the building vestibule, questioning her about an envelope. Cicero Ave.  Two pedestrians were struck.  The vehicle fled northbound on Cicero Ave.  The vehicle may have front end damage and fractured windshield.  The vehicle is described as silver colored sedan with wind spoiler on trunk.
