    On January 29, 2016 at approximately 7:49 PM, a female victim exited the CTA Green Line train station at 43rd St. Three offenders followed the victim from the train. While within the CTA station, one of the offenders struck the victim and attempted to take her cell phone with negative results. The offenders fled in an unknown direction.     Victor Rico was arrested after he was identified as the man who stabbed a female juvenile in a domestic related incident. This occurred on the 2700 block of S. Trumbull Ave on February 5, 2016 at approximately 3:34 a.m. The juvenile victim was taken in serious condition with several lacerations to her head to Mt Sinai Hospital.
