Victor Rico was arrested after he was identified as the man who stabbed a
female juvenile in a domestic related incident. This occurred on the 2700
block of S. Trumbull Ave on February 5, 2016 at approximately 3:34 a.m. The
juvenile victim was taken in serious condition with several lacerations to her
head to Mt Sinai Hospital. Rico was charged accordingly.
