Washington Heights Man Charged in July 2015 Shooting
Christopher Kirby was arrested after he was identified as the man who shot two people on July 19, 2015 at approximately 3:05 a.m. in the 9100 block of S. Ashland Ave. Kirby approached the victims on foot and fired shots in their direction. A 25-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to the face and buttock and a 30-year-old female sustained a gunshot wound to the chest. Three Men Charged in February 2014 Murder
Cordarius Lawrence, Darryl Wilson, and Joshua Martin were arrested after they were identified as the men responsible for the murder of a 29 year old man on February 6, 2014. The incident occurred on the 8100 block of South Marshfield Ave. at approximately 2:15 a.m. Officers responded to a call of shots fired and found the male victim unresponsive on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to the chest.
