Community Alert – 8th District – Attempted Child Luring (HZ262978)
On May 12, 2016 between approximately 6:30 A.M. and 8:00 A.M., on the 7800 block of S. Kedzie Ave, an unknown male on foot attempted to lure an adolescent female as she walked to school. When ignored, the offender attempted to grab the victim at which time she ran to a nearby alley. Community Alert – 14th District – Criminal Sexual Abuse (HZ261129)
On May 12, 2016 at approximately 7:30 AM, a 17 year old female was walking eastbound on the 2400 block of West Cortland, when she was approached by the below described offender. The offender attempted to engage the victim in conversation and as she continued to walk the offender grabbed the victim’s buttocks from behind. Community Alert – 16th District – Criminal Sexual Abuse (HZ252807)
On May 5, 2016 at approximately 5:00 p.m., a 15-year-old female was walking eastbound in the 5500 block of W. Balmoral Avenue, when she was approached from behind by an unknown male. The male subject placed his hand over the victim’s mouth and forced her toward the alley. The offender then grabbed the victim’s breasts and groin area.
