Community Alert – 18th District – Wanted for Attempted Luring (JA136380)
On Monday, January 30th, 2017, at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Fullerton Ave., an unknown offender attempted to lure a 10yr old and 7yr old female (walking together) to his van.
