Sgt. Warren and Officer Flores safely deployed a tire deflation device and successfully stopped the vehicle, which was outfitted with novelty police decals. The driver was wearing a police costume with toy handcuffs and a replica badge. The vehicle was also outfitted with blue and red flashing lights and an emergency siren. Officers recovered two loaded firearms, multiple false registration plates, narcotics, and a flame thrower. The vehicle was impounded.
