Narrative: Travis Smith was arrested on the 0-100 block of E. Roosevelt on January 22, 2015 at approximately 8:18a.m. after he was identified as the offender that grabbed a female juvenile’s breast on the CTA platform. After officers responded, Smith was located, arrested, and was charged accordingly. No additional information is available at this time.
