This alert gives notice to residents in the 11th District (Area North) of an increase in robbery related incidents that have occurred during the months of January and February 2015. In these incidents, offender’s utilized a black /dark van and took by force and the threat of force by displaying a handgun, and taking cell phones, USC and personal property i.e. purse containing identification and credit cards from citizens on the street.
