Three female juveniles were arrested after they were identified as the offenders who demanded property from female citizens walking on the public way on October 16, 2016 in the 100 block of N. Michigan Avenue at 9:00 p.m., and in the 200 block of E. Randolph Street at 9:12 p.m., and on October 19, 2016 in the 0-100 block of E. Van Buren Street at 10:00 p.m. The juvenile offenders battered the lone victims and fled with their personal belongings. The offenders turned themselves into police custody after a CPD Community Alert with photographs was issued. The offenders were arrested and charged accordingly. For More Information Click Here
