Felix Valentin was arrested in connection to a murder that occurred at approx. 11:45 pm on April 2nd, 2016. Valentin was charged after he was identified as the offender responsible for firing the fatal gunshot that struck a 51 year old male victim as he worked at a tavern on the 3600 block of North Pulaski Rd.
