A 16-year-old female juvenile was arrested after she was identified as the offender who robbed two female victims while riding the Pink Line train. On May 4, 2017 at approximately 1:30 p.m., the offender approached a female victim, 19-years-old, and took the victim’s mobile phone from the victim’s hand and fled the scene. On May 8, 2017 at approximately 9:10 p.m., the offender approached a 20-year-old female victim while she exited the train and took the victim’s mobile phone. The offender struck the victim, sprayed her with pepper spray and fled the scene. The offender was apprehended on May 29, 2017 and during processing she became irate and spit on an Officer.
