Steven Mc Kinnie,27  was arrested after he was identified as the man who shot two people in the 500 block of S. Lavergne on January 2, 2016 at approximately 4:50 a.m. Mc Kinnie was involved in a verbal dispute when he fired shots in the direction of two males. A 34 year old man sustained a gunshot wound to the back and abdomen and was taken to Stroger in critical condition. The second victim, a male 29, sustained four gunshot wounds to the torso and was transported in good condition to Stroger. Mc Kinnie was charged accordingly.
