On Monday, May 1, 2017, at approximately 9:20a.m., in the 6300 block of South University Ave., an unknown male standing on the sidewalk next to a unknown black 4 door sedan, bearing unknown Illinois license plate, attempted to lure a 14 year old female as she walked past.
