On Sunday, October 1, 2017, at approximately 7:40 pm in the 200 block of West 19^th Street, an unknown male parked near the 62 year old female victim and opened his front passenger door as victim waited on the sidewalk. The male offender then exited his car and grabbed victim from behind, covering her mouth with his left hand and pushed victim towards his open car door. The victim screamed for help and was able to fight off offender. Offender let victim go and the offender fled W/B on 19^th Street and then S/B onto Wells St.
