On February 14^th, 2019 at approximately 5:30 P.M., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street in the 2200 Block of W. Devon Ave. The 59-year-old female was struck by an unknown red/maroon 2013-2017 Nissan Altima which fled eastbound on Devon Avenue.
