Community Alert – 11th District – Vehicular Hijackings (P17-N-011)
This alert gives notice of three Vehicular Hijackings that have occurred in the 11th District in the month of January 2017. In all of these incidents, the offender approached and ordered the victim to exit their automobile before fleeing the scene in the victim’s vehicle.
