This alert gives notice to residents in the 1st (Central) District of robbery related incidents during the month of January 2016. In the early morning hours, two offenders have identified vehicles parked on the street with drivers entering or exiting. Offenders then approached the drivers, displayed black semi-automatic pistols and demanded victim’s wallets, jewelry and cell phones.
