04 June 2017 – 017 District CA for Sexual Crimes to Children

On Monday, May 08, 2017 at 4:00pm, a 14 year old female was walking home from school on the 4800 block of North Sacramento when the victim was approached by the offender, who was driving a dark colored vehicle. The offender asked victim to look at something he was holding.  As she looked into the vehicle she observed the offender without pants and inappropriately touching himself.  REFERENCE RD#- JA 255641- Sexual Exploitation of a Child
