14 May 17-Community Alert-15th District Attempt Child Luring (JA 262-778)

On May 13, 2017, at approximately 9:50 p.m., an 8 year-old female was riding her bicycle on the 700 block of N. Long Ave. when an unknown male subject approached her near the intersection of Long Ave. and Chicago Ave. The male subject pointed to the park located at Howe School across the street and stated to her, “Meet by the park, I will be there.” The child then immediately rode her bicycle back home. The male subject then walked southbound on Long Ave. and westbound on Huron Ave.
