22 Apr 17- 11th and 15th Armed Robberies and Vehicle Hijackings Community Alert (P17-n-094ca)

This alert gives notice of recent Armed Robberies and Vehicle Hijackings that occurred in the 11th and 15th Districts. In each incident, the offenders approached the
victims from a white vehicle, displayed handguns with extended clips and demanded property and vehicle from the victims.
