16 Mar 16 Charges – Soto, FichterFichter and Soto were arrested and charged in connection to a battery which occurred in the 800 block of N. Ashland on March 6, 2016 at approximately 9:15 p.m.  The offenders were involved in a verbal altercation on the street with a 30 year old male when the offenders began beating the victim and then struck him in the head with a bottle and metal object.  The victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention on the scene.  Fichter and Soto fled the scene and were later identified and placed into custody on March 16, 2016 and charged accordingly.
