CPD Charge Release Morales,Jacob and Male Juvenile Charged with 1st degree murderMorales and the juvenile were arrested after being identified as the offenders who fatally shot an 18 year-old man on November 28, 2014 at approximately 11:00 p.m on the 3600 block of W. 25^th St. The offenders approached the victim on the street and engaged him in a conversation when one of the offenders produced a handgun and fired shots striking the victim under the right eye. The victim was transported to Stroger hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. No further details are available at this time.
