Parolee Arrested and Charged in Armed Robbery Spree
Offender: Isaiah Scaife, 19
14300 Block of South Eggelston
Riverdale, Illinois

Charges: One Felony Count of Aggravated Vehicular Hijacking
Two Felony Counts of Armed Robbery
One Felony Count of Aggravated Robbery
One Count of Attempt Murder
One Count of Attempt Armed Robbery
Additional Charges Pending

Court: Central Bond Court – 2600 S. California Avenue – January 04, 2017

Narrative: Isaiah Scaife was arrested on January 02, 2017 at 06:50am in the 14300
Block of South Eggelston when tactical units placed him into custody, without
incident, for having multiple investigative alerts. Offender is currently on
parole and is a documented gang member. Scaife was positively identified as
the offender in the following incidents:

7100 Block of South Western on November 18, 2016 at 09:35am- The
offender approached a 25 year-old male, and 25 year-old female while they
were inside a business. The offender displayed a firearm and demanded the
victims’ property. Offender then entered a blue van and fled w/b.

8200 Block of South Kedzie on November 18, 2016 at 10:12am- The offender
was positively identified as the person who exited a minivan and approached
a 25 year-old male. The offender pistol whipped the victim, and fired one shot
striking the victim’s face. The offender re-entered the van and fled s/b on
Kedzie. The victim was taken to Christ in serious condition.

7100 Block of South Western on November 19, 2016 at 5:30pm- The offender
approached the victim as he was exiting a business. The offender struck the
victim in the face and placed him in a choke-hold, claiming to have a firearm.
The offender then removed personal property from the victim and fled w/b.
The 20 year-old male victim refused medical attention on scene.

7200 Block of South Western on November 22, 2016 at 1:10pm- Two
offenders approached the 27 year-old male victim as he was exiting a
business. The offenders displayed a firearm and demanded the victim’s
property. One offender fled on foot, and the second offender fled In the
victim’s 2014 Chevy Camaro. The vehicle was recovered in the 2500 Block of
West 71st.St.
