Narrative: Edward Malone was arrested on January 05, 2017 at 3:43pm in the 0-100 Block of West Wacker when officers responded to his place of work. The Offender had an active investigative alert for home invasion, stemming from An incident which occurred on Jan 1st in the 2100 block of West Concord Pl. Malone made entry into the 31 year-old victim’s residence, fondled the victim, And removed personal items before fleeing the scene. The victim refused Medical attention on scene. Malone was placed into custody without incident and charged accordingly.
