Norwood was arrested and charged after being identified as the offender that entered a restaurant armed with a handgun and announced a robbery.  The incident occurred on October 30, 2017 in the 0-100 block of E. Ontario at approximately 11:48 p.m. Norwood located several employees in a locker room and restrained them and then proceeded to take their personal property.  Norwood then discharged his weapon striking a male employee, 28, in the right arm.  Norwood fled the scene on foot and was located and arrested by responding 18th District Officers in the 0-10 block of E. Chicago Ave. without incident.  No further information is available at this time.
