Hester was arrested after being identified as the offender who set fire to an apartment which resulted in the death of four people and injured two others. The fire occurred in the 8100 block of S. Essex Ave on August 23, 2016 at approximately 1:37 a.m. Through the course of the investigation it was determined that Hester was the offender wanted and was placed into custody on September 12, 2016 on the 0 -100 block of S. Waller Ave. at approximately 11:38 a.m. Hester was charged accordingly. No further information is available at this time.
