Robberies in which a group of several offenders attempt to rob their victims are occurring in the 14th District. In two cases a female offender attempts to grab the victim’s cell phone by force and demands the victim surrender it, while the male offenders surround the victim. In one incident, the victim was beaten by the male offenders.
