This alert gives notice to residents in the 1st District (Central) of robbery related incidents during the month of November 2015. Three to four teenage offenders have hidden under or near the train viaduct, and approached guests on the sidewalk as they returned to their hotel. The offenders engaged the victims while one displayed a black handgun and demanded the victim’s cell phone and wallet.
