Mayor Emanuel, Interim Superintendent Escalante Celebrate February 2016 Police Recruit Graduation and Promotional Ceremony
CHICAGO – Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Interim Chicago Police Superintendent John Escalante commemorated the graduation of 100 sergeants and 63 police recruits today in a ceremony at Navy Pier.
