23 Jul 18 – 7th District – Community Alert Wanted for attempted kidnapping JB361450 It has been reported that on July 23, 2018 between 8:20 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., an unknown African American male who was driving a white Chevrolet SUV (possibly a Tahoe), attempted to lure/kidnap a 15 year old female from a bus stop located in the 5600 block of S. Ashland Ave. The offender demanded for the victim to get in his vehicle and offered her money.
