This incident occurred on March 10, 2017 at approximately 8:55 p.m., on the CTA Pink Line train located in the 2000 Block of S. Kostner Avenue. 02 Apr 17 JA-180407 Fatal Crash Community Alert After flashing gang signs and getting into a verbal altercation with the victims at a gas station located at 2801 W. 59th Street, the above vehicle chased the victims’ vehicle to 4411 W. 59th Street.
