The offenders in each of these cases are described as 4 to 5 “skinny” male blacks aged in their late teens or early twenties. DUI SATURATION PATROL – SHAKESPEARE (14TH) DISTRICT The Chicago Police Department will be conducting a DUI Saturation Patrol in the Shakespeare (14th) District this weekend. The DUI Saturation Patrol will commence at 7:00 p.m., on Friday, June 16th, 2017 and end at 3:00 a.m., on Saturday, June 17th, 2017. This alert gives notice of recent Armed Robberies that have occurred in the 14th, 17th and 19th Districts. In these robberies, the victims (taxi drivers) pick up the offender as a fare and once at the destination, the offender announces a robbery by placing the victims in a headlock, placing what the victim believed to be a handgun to their head demanding money in two instances and producing a large knife in the other. In these Strong Armed Robberies, multiple offenders robbed the victims while they are walking on the sidewalk. The offenders demanded the victim’s property, then hit and kicked the victims while taking the victim’s property.
