On May 04, 2017 at, at approximately 7:30 a.m., the 12 year-old minor victim was walking on the 400 block of North Cicero. The unknown offender was standing in the alley and walked closer towards the victim. The offender looked up and down at the victim and said “hey, hey, come here”.
