This alert gives notice of two recent Incidents that have occurred in the 011^th District. In the first incident, the victim was walking in an alley and the two offenders pulled up in a 4-door silver vehicle. One offender exited the vehicle, displayed a handgun and took money and clothing from the victim. The victim related that the offender had a hand held radio and a blue shirt that had a patch that resembled a police patch. In the second incident, the two offenders approached the victims in the hallway of an apartment building and displayed a handgun and one of the offenders was wearing a blue shirt with a patch that resembled a police patch. The victims fled on foot into an apartment and the offenders forcibly entered the apartment and took a television from the apartment.
